Terms

  1. The voucher code can only be redeemed on RuneScape Merchandise Store (the 'Site').
  2. One voucher code can be redeemed for one T-shirt located at the Site's T-shirt page, subject to availability.
  3. The Site is operated by, and any order placed on the Site will be fulfilled by, a third party, Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd ('BSI Merch'), and not Jagex.
  4. Orders placed will be subject to BSI Merch's terms and conditions.
  5. Shipping is limited to the countries where BSI Merch currently operates, which can be checked on the Site's Shipping Zones page.
  6. Shipping will be charged on additional items added to the basket.
  7. Except as required by law, the voucher code is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents, may not be returned or refunded and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  8. The voucher codes are non-transferable and not for resale.
  9. These terms shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
